Baxelo is paid in USDC, and only in USDC. There is no card checkout, no PayPal, no bank transfer and no other coin. Everything below is what actually happens at checkout.
| Network | Typical fee | Typical time | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base default | A few cents | Seconds | Offered first because it is the cheapest and fastest |
| Polygon | A few cents | Seconds | Choose it if your wallet or exchange only supports Polygon |
A payment request is valid for 60 minutes. That is a limit on the request, not on your money: if the window closes before your transaction arrives, the funds are not lost. Open a ticket with the transaction hash and the invoice number and it is applied by hand.
If you know you will be slow — waiting on an exchange withdrawal, for example — start the payment when you are ready to send rather than when you add the product to the cart.
Exchanges sometimes deduct a withdrawal fee from the amount you typed, so $30.00 leaves as $29.94. A shortfall of up to 1% is accepted automatically and the invoice is marked fully paid.
Below that, the payment is recorded but the invoice stays open for the difference. Send the remainder to the same address, or open a ticket.
Refunds follow the 30-day money-back guarantee in our Terms of Service: the first purchase of a product, refunded within 30 days of that first payment, requested by ticket.
Any wallet or exchange that can send USDC on Base or Polygon works. If you have none, the short version is: install a self-custody wallet, buy USDC on an exchange, withdraw it to your wallet choosing Base or Polygon as the network, and pay from there.
If you are new to this, open a ticket before you buy rather than after. We would rather spend five minutes pointing you at the right network than an hour recovering a transfer.
