Creating your Baxelo account

An account takes a minute and costs nothing. You need one to buy, but also to download a module you already own, to reissue a licence when you move servers, and to open a ticket that we can tie to your purchase.

1. Register

1
Press Sign Up in the top bar.
2
Give your name, an email address you actually read, and a password of at least eight characters.
3
Open the verification email and click the link. Until you do, the account exists but cannot buy.
4
Fill in your address and phone in Profile. They appear on your invoices, which matters if you need them for your own accounts.
Use an address you will still have in two years. It is where licence keys, activation notices and password resets go, and it is how we identify you if you ever lose access. A forwarding alias from a domain you might drop is the one to avoid.

2. Why the email has to be verified

Verification is not a formality here. Your licence keys and the notice that tells you a licence has just been activated somewhere both arrive by email — that second one is how you find out quickly if a key of yours is used on a server that is not yours.

If the email does not arrive, check spam first, then use the resend link. If it still does not, use the contact form and say which address you registered.

3. What the account gives you

  • Your licence keys, with the installation each one is currently bound to.
  • Downloads — always the current build of anything you own, not the one you bought.
  • Move Installation — release a licence yourself when you change servers, without a ticket.
  • Invoices and their payment status.
  • Tickets already linked to your purchases, so nobody has to ask which product you mean.

4. If something goes wrong

Forgotten password: use the reset link on the login page. It goes to your registered address, which is the reason section 1 asks you to pick that address carefully.

No access to the registered address at all: use the contact form from any address and explain. Expect to be asked something only the account holder would know — an invoice number, or the last four characters of a licence key.
