Refunds and the 30-day guarantee

You can try any Baxelo product and get your money back within 30 days of buying it. This is the practical version of section 7 of our Terms of Service, which governs if the two ever disagree.

1. What is covered

The first purchase of a product, refunded in full, within 30 days of that first payment. No explanation required. You do not have to prove the module failed, or that you tried hard enough.

2. What is not

Not refundableWhy
RenewalsThe guarantee covers deciding whether the product suits you, and a renewal means you already decided
Buying the same product a second timeSame reason
Account creditIt was never a purchase
Custom workGoverned by its own agreement
Licences terminated for breachSee section 5

3. How to ask

1
Open a ticket from your client area, within the 30 days.
2
Give the invoice number, and the USDC address and network — Polygon or Base — to send the refund to.
3
We send the refund and terminate the licence. Please remove the module from your installation.
Check the address twice. A refund is a blockchain transaction: it cannot be recalled, and an address typed wrong sends the money somewhere neither of us can reach.

4. The amount that arrives

A refund is a new transaction, and both transfers cost a network fee. We refund the invoiced amount minus the fee to send it, and the fee you paid originally is not reimbursed — so slightly less arrives than you paid. On Base and Polygon that difference is usually cents.

5. Licences terminated for breach

Sharing or circumventing the licensing mechanism, or feeding keys that were not issued to you into our licence server, is a breach of the Terms. A licence terminated for that is not refundable and not open to credit, exchange or other accommodation.

This is not aimed at anyone who mistypes their own key a couple of times — the system warns you long before it acts, and the warning says exactly how close you are.

6. Before you ask for a refund

If something does not work, a ticket usually settles it faster than a refund does, and we would rather fix the product than lose a customer to a bug. Tell us what you expected and what happened; if it turns out to be us, the fix helps everybody who bought it.
